Account Limits Explained

Unlike legacy data connectors, Metric Might does not believe in a “Success Tax.” We don’t want your software bill to double just because you signed a new client.

To keep pricing flat, predictable, and fair, we structure our limits around Accounts per Data Source.

Here is exactly how those limits work, and how we define a single “Account” across different ad platforms.

Plan Limits at a Glance

Depending on your subscription tier, your account limits are structured as follows:

  • Free Plan: 1 Account total (across all connected data sources).
  • Solo Plan: Up to 5 Accounts per data source (e.g., 5 Meta Ad Accounts + 5 Google Ads Accounts + 5 TikTok Ad Accounts).
  • Agency Plan: Unlimited Accounts across all data sources.
💡 The Agency Plan ($99/mo) completely removes account counting. You can connect 50 Meta accounts and 100 Google Ads accounts without ever paying an extra dime or emailing support to upgrade.

What exactly counts as “1 Account”?

When you authenticate a data source (like Google or Meta), you are logging in with your user credentials. That user login might have access to an entire Agency Manager Account holding dozens of clients.

Metric Might does not count the Manager Account as your limit. We only count the specific, individual end-client accounts that you actively select and pull data from in your queries.

Here is how “1 Account” is defined for our most popular platforms:

Meta (Facebook) Ads

  • 1 Account = 1 Ad Account (Act ID).
  • Note: Connecting your overarching Meta Business Manager/Portfolio does not count against your limit. The limit only applies to the specific Ad Accounts you query.
  • 1 Account = 1 Customer ID (CID).
  • Note: You can safely authenticate using your Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) to pull in all your clients at once. The MCC itself does not count as an account; only the underlying 10-digit CIDs you select in your queries count against your Solo plan limit.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • 1 Account = 1 GA4 Property.
  • Note: Authenticating via a Google account that has access to multiple GA4 properties is fine — only the specific Properties you actively query count against your limit.

TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, & Pinterest Ads

  • 1 Account = 1 standard Ad Account.
  • Just like Meta and Google, authenticating via a Business Center or Agency login is perfectly fine. The limit only applies to the individual client Ad Accounts.

How to Check Your Usage

You can monitor exactly how many accounts you are actively using at any time.

  1. Navigate to the Connections tab in the main left-hand menu.
  2. Look at the Accounts section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Under each authenticated platform, you will see a usage counter (e.g., 3/5 active accounts).

What happens if I hit my limit?

If you are on the Solo Plan and attempt to run a query using a 6th Ad Account for a specific data source, an error will be displayed. You will receive a notification letting you know that you have reached your plan’s cap.

To unlock the 6th account (and every account after that), simply go to your Project Settings and upgrade to the Agency Plan. The restriction will be lifted instantly, and you can resume running your report.
